The apple cinnamon one yesterday went viral, which never happens to me. 😆 l I love that one too! But if you’ve followed along, you know THIS is the one I eat EVERY single day! I CAN’T QUIT IT.
.
My shameful secret is that it’s not even breakfast or dessert for me. I eat it for lunch. It’s BIG and filling and so satisfying —and since it’s sweet, I don’t even need a post-lunch treat!#lifehack.
.
And before you go feeling guilty for eating something sweet for lunch just remember it has 42 g of protein and 12 g of fiber. 🤷🏼‍♀️
.
Chocolate Protein Breakfast Bake

1 ½ cup rolled oats (161g)
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp kosher salt
1 ½ cup cashew milk (or other milk; 360g)
¾ cup liquid egg whites (180g)
¾ cup low-fat cottage cheese (180g)
¾ cup chocolate protein powder, @activestacks beef protein is superior in this! (90g)
3 Tbsp jet black cocoa powder (search Amazon- worth it) (15g)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract (15g)

Blend until smooth. Pour into a parchment lined 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. (45 minutes with my favorite Active Stacks beef protein, 35 minutes with whey protein.)

I always double, using active stacks, and bake in a high sided sheet pan for 60 min.

Repeat after me: we do not try these warm out of the oven and expect a brownie! We chill and top to the nines. TRUST. On top of mine you’ll always find:
.
120g Plain 2% Greek yogurt, sweetened Stevia
15g Almond milk, whipped cream
100g diced strawberries
50g fresh and/or frozen blueberries
10 g of crushed Catalina crunch
10 g of drizzled peanut butter
A couple tablespoons of vanilla nut pods
And a ton of almond milk
Obscene amounts of flake salt

I have to say, the Active Stacks beef protein is FAR SUPERIOR to whey in here. It just yields a WAY more dense and fudgey texture. Comment ACTIVE if you need a link with a discount for that.

رقص، جادوی تنِ زن است

high-functioning women on the weekend 👇🏼

if you do this, your body hella needs it, so INDULGE!

seriously, let yourself move slow (or not move at all)...

if this happens to you once in a while (like one day per month) there’s nothing wrong at all

but if you’re in a pattern of doing this every weekend, your nervous system is super overloaded and depleted

and it’s ok! you can def bring it back into a regulated state so you don’t crash out every weekend (just once in a while instead)

instead of forcing yourself to come out of this, you’ll want to do tiny movements in bed that bring your body back into a state of regulation

do you want to get your energy back (without having to get out of bed)? 👇🏼

comment REGULATE to get an the somatic exercises to regulate your nervous system and get your energy back 💖✌🏼💖
