CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🌟 Kate & Alice! 💪🏼

Two absolute powerhouses who continue to prove that you’re capable of SO much more than you think! 🫶🏻

This weekend, these two hybrid girlies took on HYBRID Games SOLO! Alice making her solo debut and Kate tackling the brand-new 10-station format!

And they absolutely SMASHED IT! 🔥 Incredible times and even a couple of 2nd places in their age categories on the erg stations!🥈

But as proud as I am of their results, it’s everything BEHIND those results that deserves celebrating.

HYROX Malaga, HYBRID Games Doubles, Wild HYBRID, the Championships… and that’s just a handful of their achievements this year!

What you don’t see is the early mornings, late evenings, runs in the dark and countless hours spent training hard. All whilst juggling full-time jobs and raising teenage children as single mums!

And THAT is what inspires me most. ❤️

Because it’s not about the medals, podiums or finishing times. It’s about showing up, challenging yourself and discovering what you’re truly capable of.

These events are simply a celebration of all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes.

You don’t have to be the fastest or the strongest. Sometimes just having the courage to stand on that start line is the biggest achievement of all.

The real win isn’t where you finish, it’s who you become along the way. 🥹❤️

SO proud to coach these two incredible women. Keep doing what you love 🚀🫶🏻🔥
