With great disappointment, Deep Purple must announce that they are unable to perform as scheduled tonight at the QI Arena (Leipzig) and tomorrow evening at the Sporthalle (Hamburg). This comes as a result of a medical emergency involving Ian Gillan, which has resulted in his current hospitalisation.

We understand that this announcement comes at short notice and share the disappointment of all our wonderful fans that we are unable to perform in Leipzig and Hamburg.

Deep Purple and their team are focused on finding a suitable time to reschedule both these shows.

All tickets purchased will be valid for the rescheduled dates.

With the greatest love and respect...

WHAT I EAT AT 41 YEARS OLD 💪 (high protein, low carb)

How much protein do you get in a day? #seeqpartner

I turn 42 in 2 weeks and in my 40s, I’ve definitely had to change my eating habits and do more exercise 🏋️ Do you want any of these recipes? Happy to share 🧡

Breakfast - Thick blueberry chia pudding bowl 🫐

Post workout - @seeqsupply protein + creatine packet. These are new and exclusive to Target stores only! Each pack has 15g protein, 5g creatine, only 70 calories and zero sugar.

Lunch - Cajun chicken bake 🍗

Dinner - Mexican chili 🍲🫘

Dessert - Raspberry Greek yogurt bowl 😍

For snacks, I’ll typically opt for sardines, eggs, or something with protein if I’m hungry throughout the day. If I need more protein, I’ll usually do another SEEQ drink. I just mix it in water and I love having when I’m not wanting a heavy shake.

That’s it - let me know if you want to see more videos like this ❤️

Growing up, watching my mother manage diabetes taught me that it’s never just one thing. ❤️
It’s about understanding the bigger picture nutrition, movement, lifestyle, and the small, consistent choices we make every day.
That’s why I believe managing diabetes is about more than restriction. It’s about making informed choices and building sustainable habits.

With Horlicks Diabetes Plus, nutrition becomes one part of that larger approach, alongside a balanced diet and an active lifestyle.

Because managing diabetes is about managing the whole picture. ✨
