The upcoming residential project, Lodha Azur in Bengaluru, overlooks the 120-acre Lake Hulimavu and draws design cues from the site’s natural setting and the enduring language of classical architecture. The masterplan is organised around landscaped gardens, lake views, and pedestrian connections that extend the landscape experience through the development.

Elements inspired by classical Greek architecture lend the development a timeless, old-world character. A grand colonnaded verandah frames the social spaces like the clubhouse, pool, and gardens, while deep verandahs, up to 8 ft adjoining the residences, create shaded living spaces oriented towards the lake or gardens.
