🍁 Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! 🙏❤️

2026 has given me so much to be grateful for. Thankful to God for helping me achieve the best physique of my life and compete on a natural bodybuilding stage. 💪

Grateful for my coach @kaashi_30 , my supportive friends @dawinder_singh_pb , and everyone who has been part of this journey.

Blessed by God, fueled by discipline, and grateful for every step. 🙏❤️

My mother, father and grand aunt literally brought me into this world on this date at our home in Trench Town Jamaica. For them it must have been such an experience, for me it remains the greatest story of my life. My mother always tells the magnificent tale of my birth and what my father had to do and how aunty helped . It’s legendary in our family history 😂.
