Still here. Still vertical... I spent a week, 1 week. 7 days being honest when asked that... my results were; ignored 90% of the time. Half dozen ~ "it'll get better/it can't be that bad" & 1 "toughen up princess" ... since then, "good good" is my response to people I don't know. And slightly morbid/dark humour to those I know on some level.

In germany we just say "has to". "How you doing? - has to". "Muss ja". Explaining existential crisis and exhaust is just depressing for everyone involved.
