I wrote this song out of fury for white man’s actions upon establishing this nation. A hell being gilded by greed every day since. It is a prayer to see my indigenous friends, their families, and their ancestors receive justice for the acts against them. To see their spirit and pride triumph over all others
Hark!
Nameless graves
By the thousands
Will ignite the kindling that
Plumes the burning horizon
O’er the great American inferno!
Blazing profanation exalted
Justice? Hearsay
The cursed frontiers
Bore a vile plague
Of man unbridled
He seethes in burden
Building on spoils of avarice
The “American”
A blood-let majesty
Manifests damnation
Gilding his hell
Haunted, his fate
Calling, the winds
Yearning, the soil
Til ancestral vengeance hath smit him
The whip of credence lashes
Under duress
A Red Cloud soars
