Is banana bread the boring bake of the cake world or is simply the good ol’ faithful? This is my attempt to jazz it up a little, using @josephjosephoffical tools to make the job a breeze. This was mainly a silly little exercise to imagine the banana bread I would make if I were ever to open a bakery. Made with a little tonka bean (a perfect partner with banana), streusel for added texture, it is then served with a whipped cream cheese ganache which is like the ultimate form of cream cheese frosting. Comment bananas and I’ll dm you the link to the recipe, you can also get it in my bio. #bananabreadrecipe #bananabread #whippedganache #creamcheesefrosting #streusel

6 unseen spiritual laws you should never ignore.

1. The Law of Reciprocity. What you send out comes back to you. Your energy, your thoughts, your words, your actions. Be intentional with what you give.

2. The Law of Authority. Know who you are. When you don’t, you become easily controlled by fear, doubt and other people’s expectations. Clarity creates strength.

3. The Law of Spiritual Debt. Shortcuts always have a cost. Even when nobody else sees it, your actions can leave consequences behind. Choose integrity over temporary gain.

4. The Law of Access. Not everyone deserves access to your inner world. Protect your peace. Protect your boundaries. Protect what is sacred to you.

5. The Law of Timing. Not every closed door is a “no.” Be patient. Prepare. Let the right opportunity meet the right moment.

6. The Law of Resonance. You tend to move toward what matches your inner state. What you focus on grows in influence.

And the seventh law: all six run on repetition. None of it is decided once. The old story speaks first every morning, and whichever one you repeat more is the one your mind builds toward.

There’s a one minute window right after you wake, before your eyes open, when your brain is still in theta and takes what it hears as instruction rather than opinion.

Comment MIND and I’ll send you what I use.

Which law do you need to hear most right now?
