Staffordshire-born Stuart is Chef Patron of @docket_restaurant in Whitchurch, Shropshire. Having trained under some of the industry’s most celebrated chefs, including Gary Rhodes, Michael Caines and Gordon Ramsay, he went on to lead kitchens in New York, Cheshire and Doha before opening Docket with his wife, Frances, in 2017.
