Last night was incredible .
Was not our first guest chef night, but was an absolutely new experience for all of us.
Have a great chef as @_stuartcollinschef_ in the house is not something that happen everyday❤️
Was so interesting to have a chef with a different background, and create a very unique experience for our team and for our guests.
Not everyone would have accepted it, but he showed that when two “different” culture mix there is always something to learn, and something good to come .
Thank you chef from me an my team, you have been so kind , professional and inspiring 🙏🏻❤️ by @_stuartcollinschef_

We kicked off an exceptional week @docket_restaurant on Wednesday with our latest guest chef @alex797 from his restaurant @alchemillarestaurant ⭐️.
•
When we set about hosting guest chef evenings, having fun and truly enjoying the day was at the top of the agenda… with Alex in the kitchen, it was exactly that!
•
One of the best days we’ve had; serving a dining room full of loyal guests, the team engaged, learning and doing what they do best and together creating yet another memorable dining experience. This for me is what it’s all about 🔥🔥
