Kokteyl”ni (bir nechta dorini bitta sistema yoki flakonda aralashtirib tomchilatish) shamollashda qo’llash odatda tavsiya etilmaydi. Bunga bir necha sabab bor: 1. Samarasi isbotlanmagan. Shamollash (ko’pincha virusli infeksiya)ni eufillin, deksametazon, dimedrol, analgin va natriy tiosulfat aralashmasi bilan davolashning foydasi ilmiy jihatdan isbotlanmagan. 2. Dorilar o’zaro mos kelmasligi mumkin. Bir flakonda aralashtirilganda kimyoviy reaksiyaga kirishishi, cho’kma hosil qilishi yoki dori ta’siri kamayishi mumkin. Har bir dori infuzion eritmalar bilan mosligi alohida tekshirilishi kerak. 3. Nojo’ya ta’sirlar xavfi ortadi. * Eufillin – yurak urishini tezlashtirishi, aritmiya va tutqanoq chaqirishi mumkin. * Deksametazon – qandni oshiradi, immunitetni susaytiradi, ayrim infeksiyalarda zarar yetkazishi mumkin. * Analgin – kam hollarda, ammo xavfli allergik reaksiya va agranulotsitoz chaqirishi mumkin. * Dimedrol – kuchli uyquchanlik va qon bosimi pasayishini chaqirishi mumkin. * Natriy tiosulfat – faqat ma’lum ko’rsatmalar (masalan, ayrim zaharlanishlar)da qo’llanadi, oddiy shamollash uchun tavsiya etilmaydi. 4. Nojo’ya ta’sir sababini aniqlash qiyin bo’ladi. Agar bemorda allergiya yoki boshqa asorat yuz bersa, qaysi dori sabab bo’lganini aniqlash mushkul. 5. Har bir dorining o’z ko’rsatmasi bor. Masalan: * Eufillin – bronxospazm yoki ayrim nafas yo’llari holatlarida. * Deksametazon – og’ir allergiya, astma xuruji va boshqa maxsus holatlarda. * Natriy tiosulfat – zaharlanishning ayrim turlarida. Ularni faqat “shamollagan” bemorga birga tomizish to’g’ri yondashuv hisoblanmaydi. Shuning uchun zamonaviy tibbiyotda oddiy shamollashni bunday infuzion “kokteyl”lar bilan davolash tavsiya etilmaydi. Davolash odatda suyuqlik ichish, dam olish va simptomlarga qarab (isitma tushiruvchi, burun parvarishi va hokazo) olib boriladi. Maxsus dorilar faqat aniq ko’rsatma bo’lsa qo’llanadi.
Fun day yesterday with the media team from @maserati HQ talking about living with a Maserati over the past few decades. Maserati is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year and I’m honoured to be one of 100 owners worldwide chosen to share their Maserati stories, culminating with a special book being published and a big party in Modena later this year. We each have a star named after us somewhere in the universe. I don’t exactly understand how this works but it sounds fun all the same! ✨ The stills photographer sported a beautiful 35mm Contax film camera, which I thought was beyond cool 😎
The final 2 days of Fatbiking & Packrafting the Oregon Coast Trail looked at the ground we’d covered & said “You ain’t seen nothing yet.” We had many good times, but a lot of hard going too. Hours on hours of riding through cold wet fog. The unrepentant moisture. High tides shutting down access points & forcing long reroutes. Logs, soft sand, and other obstacles making us carry our fully loaded bikes. The first 3/4 of the trip had tested us & we were feeling it. On day 7 though, something shifted. Fog & clouds lifted as we climbed Cape Blanco, revealing rugged headlands & wide sandy beaches soaring into the horizon. Traversing through those southern beaches, towns & capes was even better than it had appeared from above. We enjoyed sun for miles on end, and then, right around the end of day 7 as we approached the pistol river, the magic happened. Wind strummed the sand into gentle flows across the beach. The sun hummed lower, rapidly turning bright gold along the horizon. The waves seemed to crash on cue, their rich blue accentuating the intensity of the light. As we approached the next stacks of rocks, we saw it all come together in a symphony of light & movement played out across the jagged stage of rocks. It was a moment I’ll never forget. We all rode around in awe, soaking it all in, grateful to have gotten a perfect Oregon Coast evening at last. The high stuck with us after the sun set, but we had a few miles to go. We all locked back in after Kurt nearly got swept away by the Pistol River & gratefully slid into bed at Crook Point. Finally, the following day we entered the Samuel H Boardman scenic corridor. With only a few miles left to the border and plenty of time left in the day, we enjoyed the numerous stunning vistas on offer. We paddled across the Chetco River, the final crossing on our journey, and without any further fuss for the cyclists, we rode a few more miles of beach & road, the rolled up to the border of California. 400 miles. 10 rivers paddled. Some very sandy smiles. We were done, and damn was that a good time. @traveloregon @thepeoplescoast @oregonswildriverscoast @astraldesigns 📸: @masoncasey @shredskyy
