A temple very close to my heart, where I have always felt the comforting presence of Amma - a Mother who listens, understands, and holds you close even when you cannot put your feelings into words. There is something deeply special about standing before her. You come with a thousand thoughts, but somehow, you leave with a little more peace, a little more strength, and a heart full of faith. For me, she is not just the Goddess I pray to. She is the Mother I turn to ❤️ This visit was even more special because I got to share this beautiful experience with my wonderful friends @shineshettyofficial and @tanviram .There is something so beautiful about visiting a temple together, seeking Amma’s blessings and creating memories that go beyond the ordinary. I got back from Athens last night and saw the Shane Gillis "jokes". I photographed him a few years ago for Hustler but didn't share the images. Not because they were for Hustler - I've posted the portraits I made with Fortune Feimster for them several times - but because I didn't want to highlight someone who might call women whores on SNL. Then today I realized I had an image from the shoot that made sense to share. To paraphrase @instadanjlevy (and please go watch his video on this), women wearing clothes you publicly disapprove of doesn't make them whores, it makes you a misogynist pig. Guys, don't be a pig. (And apologies to statue pig who looks quite dapper in his jacket and I'm sure has never called women whores.) #dontbeapig
