When the Pilates instructors from @pilateslabventura come in for team building, the core strength and sculpted arms come too!

I loved having these hardworking women in the studio! Hands in clay, a beautiful sound bath by @itsmekimmy.b , yummy food from @pinyonfam and a little creative instruction time from me, working with our hands and making a unique charcuterie board in clay.

What a treat to slow down, and enjoy being together—creatively. Thank you Shannon for treating your team to a bonding memory and very special piece to use in their homes.
