First order of business: understanding what we mean by matriarchy.

Not a world where women simply take over the same systems, hierarchies, and power games that have harmed so many people. Not “girlboss” patriarchy with better branding.

Matriarchy is a reordering of what we value. Care is not treated as women’s unpaid obligation. Cooperation matters more than domination. Power is shared instead of hoarded. People’s needs, bodies, relationships, creativity, and well-being are not obstacles to productivity; they are part of the point.

It means building a culture where women are not trained to disappear into service, where everyone is allowed to be a whole human being, and where our collective choices are guided by connection, sustainability, and enoughness instead of extraction and control.

Because we can’t say we want the matriarchy while giving away our worth, our energy, and our fucking souls every day in shitty relationships, soul-sucking jobs, and lives built around keeping everyone else comfortable.
