2PAC MEETS WHITNEY HOUSTON & BIGGIE'S WIFE FAITH EVANS AGAIN 👀 🗓️ 31 YEARS AGO TODAY: Just 4 days out, Pac meets the legendary & iconic Whitney Houston and crosses paths with Faith Evans again at Arista's Waiting to Exhale affair at The Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. 👀 WHITNEY HOUSTON’S WARNING TO 2PAC: Whitney: "Baby, you got to promise me something. Don’t let them get you." Pac: "I won’t." 📖 BACKSTORY: "The next night was the party for the release of the Waiting To Exhale, soundtrack. As soon as we pulled up, my cell phone rung. "What's up Faith? Where you at?" It was Tupac. I told him I was at the Waiting To Exhale party. He said, "I'm here, too! I looked out the car window, and there he was. He made a bee line for the car, opened up the door and jumped in the backseat with us. I wasn't planning on hanging out with Pac. I introduced him to my friend and we chatted until it was time to hit the red carpet. When we got inside the venue, I found our table and sat down. I was just starting to get comfortable when Pac slid into a chair next to me and Nicci."  "He was acting like he was going to sit there for the rest of the night. Tupac eventually left our table and was mingling. After the party ended, we went outside to our limo and Tupac was standing there. "Where ya'll going now?" "We're going to a party at the Peninsula hotel," I said quickly. He said, "That's where I'm staying!" I'll catch a ride over there with ya'll. " "Tupac jumped in the limo and stretched out, making himself comfortable. Now, I was definitely feeling weird. After the party at the hotel, we hung out a bit more with Tupac and his friends, shared a blunt and discussed specifics on my guest appearance." ✍🏼 EXCERPT: "Keep the Faith: A Memoir" 🎵 AFTER THE PARTY: Following their encounter at the Peninsula, Pac & Faith hit Can-Am Studios and laid down three iconic tracks "Wonda Why They Call U Bytch" (Death Row version) along with "Skandalouz" and "All Bout U". Faith's vocals were ultimately scrapped after her label blocked the release. Obviously. 💬 Which version hits harder? OG or album version? Drop a 🔥 if you love this song!! (Swipe left)

Former gang boss, Keffe D, sentenced to 40yrs in jail for orchestrating rapper Tupac’s m¥rder 30 yrs ago Former gang leader Duane “Keffe D” Davis has been sentenced to 40 years in prison for orchestrating the 1996 m¥rder of American rap superstar Tupac Shakur. A jury found the 63-year-old guilty in September of one count of m¥rder with a de@dly we@pon over the drive-by sh%%ting that k+lled Shakur in Las Vegas on September 7, 1996. Davis has said he intends to appeal the verdict. Prosecutors argued that Davis, a former leader of the South Side Compton Crips street gang, organised the k+lling and supplied the g¥n used by his nephew, Orlando Anderson, who allegedly opened fire on Shakur. Although Davis did not sh%%t the rapper himself, prosecutors maintained that he was the ringleader behind the att@ck. Anderson, who denied involvement in Shakur’s m¥rder, d+ed in an unrelated sh%%ting in 1998. A key part of the prosecution’s case was Davis’ own statements, in which he repeatedly acknowledged being inside the white Cadillac from which the fatal sh%ts were fired. In a secret 2008 police interview concerning the m¥rder of fellow rapper Notorious B.I.G., whose real name was Christopher Wallace, Davis discussed his role in Shakur’s k+lling under an agreement that protected him from criminal prosecution. However, his 2019 memoir, Compton Street Legend, and subsequent media interviews in which he elaborated on his involvement voided the protective agreement. A judge later permitted his police interview to be used as evidence in the m¥rder trial. During the trial, Davis’ defence team argued that his statements were fabricated or exaggerated to sell books and make money. Shakur was 25 when he was k+lled and had already become one of hip-hop’s most influential artists. He has sold more than 75 million records worldwide. His m¥rder remained one of America’s most notorious cold cases for nearly three decades, generating widespread speculation and conspiracy theories before Davis’ conviction.
