Napolju pravo jesenje vreme, a u studiju „Jutra“ naša divna Anđela Đurašković! Ona vam poručuje da se čuvate hladnoće, toplo oblačite i uživate u jesenjim danima! 🍁☕️
I’ll write this post in English for a change, since I’ve had more international followers here lately. 👋🏻 This September, my mum and I went to Scotland for the first time for a one-week adventure. It was such an amazing experience, and I can’t recommend it enough! We flew into Edinburgh Airport and rented a car from Arnold Clark. That part was really easy, but then the adventure really began when I had to drive on the “wrong” side of the road. 🤪 We drove for an hour to Stirling, where we had lunch, and afterwards continued to Glencoe and the Highlands. The scenery was just amazing, like something out of a movie! We spent one night in Fort William. 📍 The next day, we visited Eilean Donan Castle, and from there it was a short drive to the Isle of Skye. We spent two nights there, and what a cool island it was! Our next stops were Dunrobin Castle and Inverness. On our way back to Edinburgh Airport, we stopped in Pitlochry for lunch. Such a cute little town! After dropping off the car, we spent two days in Edinburgh. What an amazing and beautiful city! ❤️ We stayed in Fort William (C), Isle of Skye (E), Inverness (G) and Edinburgh. The distances is not that far (comparing to Sweden) but the road can be narrow and the speed limit was rarely above 60 British miless/hour. It took one day to get used to drive on the left side of the road, but then I got used to it. I could have stayed longer in the highlands. The camera can’t capture all its beauty. The “wee White House”. (Wee means little). Mum and I did the old man of Storr hike. Took about 2,5 hours. We started in good weather conditions but it changed quickly. And then the rain came (hello Scotland). The view was not the “instagram post view” but hey, that’s the reality of traveling in Scotland. It was really cool though and I’m glad we did it anyway. Neist pont, Isle of Skye. The wind was so hard here so we could barely stand up 😂😂. I laughed so much. The idea of getting a “cute” picture literally blew away haha! Talisker beach! Oh, everywhere on Skye there is sheep’s. Lots of them, just roaming around. 🐑 The wind was so heavy so the waterfall went in the opposite direction 😉 About an

Chicken Summer Rolls 💪
These are 150 calories each, and so good. I love Vietnamese food and all the fresh flavors and love making these summer rolls. They’re such a great light healthy meal super fresh, crunchy, and ridiculously satisfying. Just 90 calories each (without sauce) but even better with the sauce. Make the one below or use any sauce you like! And of course, if you are prioritizing protein, you can swap out the shrimp for things like cooked chicken, tofu, or even steak would work great. ✅Comment FLAVOR and I’ll message you how you can preorder my new cookbook with 100 recipes that have helped me lose over 150lbs. Here is how I made them: 🛒 Ingredients (Makes 8) -3/4lb chicken thighs seasoned per instructions below) -8 Rice paper sheets (35 cals each, grab them at Asian grocery or online) -A large handful of arugula or thinly sliced gem lettuce -1 Large red bell pepper, thinly sliced -2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced -1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced -1 large avocado, thinly sliced -Large handful of fresh cilantro To make the Chicken: 1.Season 3/4lb chicken thighs with 1/2 tsp avocado oil, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1/2 tbsp dried parsley or cilantro, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Mix well, then pop into the oven at 400F for 32 mins, or airfry at 400F for 22 mins. How to Roll 1.Dip rice paper in warm water (just quick dunk!). 2.Add arugula, then your veggies and herbs, leaving space on the edges 3.Fold bottom of rice paper up, pull tight and tuck it in. 4.Add 2-3 ounces of chicken, 2-3 thin avocado slices, and fresh cilantro leaves. 5.Fold in the sides, then roll tight, mini burrito-style. 6.Repeat until you are satisfied. This makes 8 rolls depending on how much you fill them up. Optional Spicy Sriracha Sauce 3 tbsp mayo 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp soy sauce 2.5 tbsp sriracha sauce 1 heaping tsp honey Salt & pepper And if you make them, let me know on SHREDHAPPENS.
