The more I learn from Indigenous peoples, the more connected I feel to life itself.

Learning more about their relationship to Mother Earth, their spiritual teachings and philosophies, rituals and ceremonies… all of it has brought me immense clarity and healing.

To all of our indigenous neighbors, thank you for showing us how to care for our Mother Earth and carrying her medicine and wisdom forward.

May more Indigenous peoples, cultures, voice, stories, wisdom and medicine be protected, amplified and preserved.
