I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, that property is amazing ! ( but I too like all things most ppl find odd) also it needs some good repair done , sometimes you roll the dice and hope for the best. We will see what he does with it

They have tried for years to rezone the property from residential to a business zoning. It's been unsuccessful because there's no parking except on the street. Not sure if Zach has the pull to get that zoning changed.

It had no lore or awesome to it. Nobody really knew about it or visited or wanted to buy it for years 😂 sorry someone with money is able to do something with it 🙄Can’t wait to check it out!

I mean, if it gets turned into a museum (which by the way the haunted museum is awesome), the public will get to enjoy something that they weren't able to experience. Hard to say he "ruined" it, when im gonna go on a limb and say 95% of tourists and locals have never been inside the property, which in turn makes it a living tomb collecting dust. Its a stretch to say he ruined it. Shit, you can't even see it from the street.

The Haunted Museum is actually a really polished attraction here in Vegas. Zak’s purchase of this will include restoration and will allow groups to be able to see something not accessible before. Personally, I’m very excited about it — I’d rather get to see it than not! Most people don’t even know (or care) that it exists. Only those who really care about Vegas history will pay to see the property; it’s not going to become some trashy tourist attraction.

Not wrong. Zak ruins everything he touches. Hated him on ghost adventures. The other guys were okay.
