washed up

I love cooking, but I have a serious bone to pick with recipes.

Most are a huge tax on your working memory because they only list the measurements at the top.

You have to hold that in your head while you do five other things. That's hard, for most people, but especially if you have ADHD.

The alternative is pre-measuring, but:
ADHD brains thrive on momentum. One I've decided I'm cooking. I want to COOK. Stopping to measure everything out first feels like slamming on the breaks when I just got the train running.
Premeasuring requires dirtying more dishes. I. hate. washing. dishes.

So I built an AI prompt that takes the cognitive load off your brain and puts it back onto the page.
Just comment "recipe rewrite" and I'll send it to you.

Guess which picture is in the video CTTE!

Jamie Lever revealed that she initially did not want to use her father Johnny Lever’s surname professionally because it came with immense expectations and responsibility. She wanted audiences to recognise her for her own talent and said it took around 10–12 years to establish an identity beyond being Johnny Lever’s daughter.
