Thrilled to announce @i.am.blanka as the second guest of Ritua 🔥

We will be playing all night long on the 13th of November at Prince Charles in Berlin.

BLANKA is not only a great artist with her singular approach to a funky and sensual techno, she’s also a friend I’ve known for many years.

Yet this will be our first time sharing the booth together and we’re beyond excited ✨

See you on the dancefloor ❤️‍🔥

After a year, I danced garba again… and my heart felt right at home. ✨

Just over two months postpartum, I’m still healing, I am still few kgs heavy, still finding my rhythm. But this Mommy has dreams, too. ❤️I’m happiest with my family, and there’s a happiness I find on stage that’s always been a part of me. I’m learning to make room for both, one day at a time. 🤍

To work, to dance, to feel so much love from an audience… what a blessing!!! 🙏

Hyderabad, you filled my heart. Here’s to many more nights of doing what I love, with the people I love cheering me on. 🧿✨

SALLIE MAY IS BACK!! And she’s brought along someone very special…her girlfriend Willow Wackford, voiced by the enchanting Caroline Innerbichler (Shucked)! It’s been painful spending years keeping this episode a secret but I hope y’all loved Wrath’s favorite new lesbian couple and all the sisterly bonding between Sal and Mils! I love being @vivnixwill ‘s ride or die 🔥

And, yeah, the cosplay plans for @genevievemariecosplay and I are already being planned ❤️‍🔥💛 #HelluvaBoss #SallieMay #WillowWackford

Have you conceptualized coercive control this way before? These three questions can help us identify a pattern of coercive control and abuse. Is my world getting smaller? Do I change what I do to avoid a reaction? Do I find myself explaining their behavior? I teach about coercive control using walls as the imagery instead of red flags as I think it better encapsulates the intentional way abusers create a maze that can be hard to maneuver out of. The maze of coercive control was a framework coined by Kathy Jones with the Mother Justice Network. #coercivecontrol #intimatepartnerviolence #domesticviolence #abuse #education
