Askonas Holt is pleased to welcome @alessandro.pratico_pianist to the roster for worldwide general management.
In demand as an accompanist and repetiteur, Alessandro has worked extensively across Europe, including at the Opéra National de Paris, Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, Theater Bremen and the Karlsruhe Theatre. The list of prominent conductors with whom he has worked includes Vladimir Jurowski, Daniele Rustioni, Antonino Fogliani, Maurizio Benini, Gianluca Capuano, Francesco Ivan Ciampa and Andrea Battistoni. In 2022, he won the Solo-Repetiteur competition at the Bayerische Staatsoper, where he has since been engaged as vocal coach.
This season sees Alessandro give recitals with Lisette Oropesa at the Accademia di Santa Cecilia, Gstaad Music Festiva, Helsinki Music Centre and the Münchner Opernfestspiele. He also teams up with Ludovic Tézier and Pretty Yende for a recital at Maggio Musicale Fiorentino and joins Niamh O'Sullivan and Joshua Hopkins for a recital at La Monnaie / De Munt.
Alessandro graduated with distinction from the Francesco Cilea Conservatory in Reggio Calabria, and completed his studies at the Atelier Lyrique at the Opéra National de Paris.
