Hi John! Of course you can't see this, but just want to say I enjoyed all the videos of you speaking Chinese. I spent a whole hour watching them and laughing, which was so great! Then I learned the whole fuss about Taiwan and just want to say as a Chinese I don't think you spoke anything wrong, or that you disrespected or misinterpreted our culture in any disrespectful way! Please don't feel bad about it. I enjoy your videos of speaking Chinese, and you're a really really nice guy, and it hurt my feelings and would hurt other people's to see someone has to be blamed for something that isn't their fault. You were not rejected by “Chinese culture” in any way; we were so glad to have you!
