Kabuli Pulao - My Special Recipe Ingredients: • Secret Ingredient: Soya Sauce - 1/2 Cup • Onions - 4 (for golden brown) • Ginger Garlic (G.G) Paste - 2 tbsp • Chicken - 1 kg • Rice - 1 kg (soaked) • Special Masala - as used in video • Water - for yakhni / stock For Garnish: • Carrots - julienne cut • Raisins (Kishmish) • Almonds (Badam) • Sugar - 1 tbsp • Oil - for frying garnish Method: 1. First, fry 4 onions until golden brown and take them out. 2. In the same oil, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste. 3. Add chicken and fry it well. 4. Now add the special masala which I used in the video and fry again. 5. Add water to prepare the yakhni (stock). Let it cook for almost 40 minutes until the yakhni is ready and the chicken is almost tender. 6. When yakhni is ready, add 1/2 cup Soya Sauce (the secret ingredient). 7. Add the soaked rice to the yakhni and cook the pulao until rice is done. 8. For Garnish: In a separate pan, add some oil, add 1 tbsp sugar and fry the carrots, raisins and almonds in it until light golden. 9.
