The B.Sc. Psychology Programme organized an Extension Activity on Emotional Regulation Skills in collaboration with U&I on October 10, 2026. The session aimed to acquaint primary school children with concepts of emotional regulation, introduce adaptive strategies for daily life, and build appropriate emotional vocabulary to accurately identify and describe feelings.
Led by M.O.P. student volunteers across three specialized teams (Presenting, Teaching, and Support), the workshop utilized interactive dialogue, roleplays, worksheets, and mentorship alongside U&I volunteers.
Students learned to classify emotional intensity using a Stoplight System and build self-awareness with "I'm feeling..." vocabulary activities.
