How to summarise The Shawshank Redemption, with all its narrative arcs, intrigue and drama, in just 30 seconds? Without giving too much away? If anyone can do it, it's the cast themselves.
We put three key cast members of the upcoming stage adaptation - David Berry* (Andy Dufresne), Bert LaBonté (‘Red’ Redding), and Rodger Corser (The Warden) - up to the task.
Based on Stephen King’s celebrated 1982 novella, which was then immortalised in the Oscar-nominated 1994 film starring Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman, this intimate adaptation features a star-studded cast telling the story up close and personal.

Love the idea of a play. Wish you a great success. You should film it. Perhaps you could interest a streaming platform. I certainly would love to see it in Canada (possibly on Crave.ca) ❤️

I hope it will be filmed also for those of us in the States to be able to see it. I'm a real fan of Roger Corser.
