Our surf club in Bondi runs on 3 AI agents, built by the team at SpaceXAI.
Each one has a single job:
Italo handles board rentals
Kelly manages board storage
Steph runs the community
What makes it work is that they share one computer in the cloud and the same tools: our Gmail, Instagram and booking system. So one agent’s work becomes the next one’s starting point. Someone rents a board with Italo, signs up for storage with Kelly, and Steph invites them to the next sunrise meetup.
One job per agent is easier to set up, easier to fix and easier to trust than one bot trying to do everything.
