My client was ready for a fresh start. She wanted a living room that truly reflected her personality and felt more like her.

She also wanted to make the most of the beautiful natural light coming through the bay window. So, designing the layout around this gorgeous feature just made perfect sense! #homeworthy #livingroomdecor #interior

Before:
This room had never really been used as a living room. It was simply a long, empty space with a desk and an ottoman.

I love dark, moody walls, but in this case, they just weren’t working.

So much untapped potential!

A beautiful cabinet and additional seating create a warm, inviting layout that encourages conversation and gathering.

This particular long credenza just wasn’t working with the new layout.

I love reusing existing furniture whenever possible, but that doesn’t mean every piece needs to stay in the same room.

Sometimes, all a piece needs is a new purpose… a new home, or a new room!

This is exactly how a living room should feel… warm, cozy and elegant, but nothing too fancy or precious!

Comfort is key! Soft textures, swivel chairs, pops of colour and layered lighting to create that perfect ambiance.

Beautiful, inviting and meant to be lived in!
