Dear sister of mine, I usually have so much to say, but I don’t even know where to start with 10 years. How has it been 10 years?
The grief somehow feels heavy somehow. Explaining to Mac who you are and watching him love you and idolize you without ever having met you is such a blessing. Watching the girls take after you, and seeing how much Harper looks just like you, makes me wish more than ever that you were here.
There’s so much I wish you could be a part of. So much I wish my kids could experience with you. I wish they could know you the way I did, and I wish you could see just how loved you still are. Ten years feels impossible. I miss you more than words can say.
