Training arms but letting momentum do most of the work? 👀 I see it everyday lol

Your biceps and forearms deserve more than rushed reps. Control the weight, keep your wrists steady, and stop swinging just to move heavier dumbbells.

Watch the corrections, then check your form on your next arm day. Make every rep count. 🔥

All for the love of the game.

Thank you @thechallenge for another incredible season. You’ve shown me how capable I am in many different ways and I’m so grateful. There’s so much room to grow, learn, and become better at the game.

Back to back final elimination loser has a TERRIBLE ring to it. One of a kind I guess 🤷🏻

All I wanted this season was to make that final & be there in the end. I trained & worked so hard but I have to believe what’s meant to be will be, and it just wasn’t meant to be. After being eliminated I was able to fly home and be there for my Nana right after she got out of her cancer surgery and to me that’s a win.

My time to run a final will come and when it does just know I won’t be backing down. Until then, peaceeee out challenge 42 you were so so fun. 🧡 #TheChallenge42

One of the more offbeat entries into Alfred Hitchcock’s film canon, THE TROUBLE WITH HARRY ('55) takes full advantage of Vermont’s resplendency during peak foliage season as a murder mystery unfolds.

See it tonight as part of our TCM Special Theme, Sweater Weather.
