For vegetarians or vegans, or those who want an alternative after a few days of tagine and couscous. 🌿

Mandala Society has two addresses in the Medina, one near the Bahia Palace and one by the Koutoubia Mosque. Both kitchens are meat-free, almost every dish is tagged vegan, vegetarian or pescatarian, and many others can be made fully plant-based on request.

Bahia is for a late coffee on the roof that slips into lunch, with the Atlas on the horizon and a long list of salads and green plates. Koutoubia, steps from Jemaa el-Fna, has even more vegan plates.
