FICCI FLO, under the leadership of its 43rd National President, Ms. Puja Garg(@pujagarg_official), organised an insightful webinar, “RECOVERY: To Know an Effective and Faster Way to Recover Your Dues,” with Mr. Rohan Garg and Mr. Vishal Garg from Lex Professionals, on October 08, 2026. The virtual session focused on legal remedies for recovering dues, with special emphasis on summary suits under Order XXXVII of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), 1908, as an expedited recovery mechanism for eligible claims.

The session covered the summary suit procedure, timelines for defendants to respond, and the importance of maintaining contracts, invoices, and written records. Speakers also highlighted contractual safeguards, interest clauses and legal precautions for domestic and international transactions.

Organised under FLO’s Legal & Advocacy Initiative, led by Ms. Divya Abhishek(@divyaabhishekk) (Lead) and Ms. Shubhra Maheshwari(@shubhraamaheshwari) (Co-Lead), the session equipped members with practical legal insights to manage payment disputes and protect their business interests.
