What a day… Not bad for a kid from Bulgaria with big dreams. It’s been a long road to get here, with plenty of ups and downs, but I never stopped believing and working for moments like this. Dreams do come true and driving in an official F1 session is a memory I’ll never forget! Massive thanks to Red Bull and VCARB for trusting me and giving me the opportunity and the right environment to perform. More to come!👊🏼 @redbulljuniorteam @visacashapprb

“Showing you the good, the bad, the ugly.” DEADLIFT - 705LBS/320KG X 2 DEADLIFT - 661LBS/300LG X 4 Yesterday was the best training session I’ve had in a long time. I injured my elbow squatting over a month ago so it has been extremely difficult for me to find a groove in the gym. I would be lying if I said this injury hasn’t challenged my patience and my confidence. One of the things that has helped me is changing my perspective. Am I at 100%? No. Can I find ways to make progress? Yes. I still can’t do a proper low bar squat but this has allowed me to hit some high bar PRs. This is also the best deadlift has felt in a minute so I’m excited to push there and see what I can do. I’ve adopted the phrase, “do what you can, when you can”. All I can do is control what’s in front of me and go from there. I’m going to keep showing up and putting the work in. Better days are coming 🤞🏾 @BPNSUPPS | CODE: RUSSWOLE @AVANCUSOFFICIAL | CODE: RUSSWOLE @SBDAPPAREL PWR BLDNG PRGRMS | 🔗 IN MY BIO
