$536 million in 13 weeks. And 63% of it goes to the horses.

Every winter, the equestrian world moves to Wellington, Florida. The 2025 Winter Equestrian Festival generated more economic impact than the Miami Formula 1 Grand Prix. Two hours north, Ocala’s horse industry drives $4.3 billion a year and 1 in 5 local jobs.

Most of that money flows through services: grooms, trainers, farriers, vets, braiders, shippers, stalls. Over $40,000 per horse, per season.

And most of it is still booked through Facebook groups and WhatsApp.

That’s why we’re bringing EquiLink to Wellington and Ocala in January 2027. 🐴

It’s a pdf containing different delicious ways to include Amla in your diet♥️ super helpful 🤌 A little tangy, a little spicy, beautifully crunchy, and full of fresh flavours! ❤️ This is my desi-style amla chutney, made with fresh amla, roasted singdana, crushed garlic, fresh herbs, and a sizzling mustard oil tadka! 🌿 It’s a delicious way to incorporate seasonal amla into your meals without having to eat it plain or drink it as a shot. And the best part? It’s not just about vitamin C! This chutney brings together healthy fats, fibre, antioxidants, and plenty of flavour in every spoonful. Here’s something I absolutely love about adding amla to a desi thali! 🌿 Amla is naturally rich in vitamin C, which helps your body absorb non-heme iron (the type of iron found in plant foods) more efficiently. So, when you pair this chutney with your everyday dal, legumes, leafy greens, or other iron-rich vegetarian meals, you’re not just adding flavour, you’re also helping your body make better use of the iron on your plate! ❤️ 🌿 Every ingredient brings something to the table! 🟢 Amla: Rich in vitamin C and polyphenols; supports collagen formation, immune function, and plant-based iron absorption. 🥜 Roasted singdana (peanuts): Provides heart-friendly unsaturated fats, plant protein, fibre, and vitamin E. 🧄 Garlic: Crushing raw garlic activates the formation of allicin, a beneficial sulfur compound with antimicrobial and potential heart-health benefits.
