How many managers must this club sack before the people running it accept responsibility? A football club cannot rebuild its identity by constantly changing managers while ignoring deeper questions about recruitment, squad quality, leadership, and long-term planning. YOU CANNOT BUILD A WINNING CLUB WITH A LOSING STRUCTURE! Manchester United is one of the biggest football institutions in the world. Its supporters deserve more than excuses, endless rebuilding projects, and promises that never seem to deliver the expected results. Yes, the players must take responsibility. Yes, the manager must be accountable. But the club's leadership must also answer serious questions about the decisions being made behind the scenes. A MANAGER CANNOT DO MAGIC WITH A BROKEN SYSTEM! If Martรญnez has challenged the club's hierarchy, then the real question is not whether his words make some people uncomfortable.
