Mr. Multiverse and The Danger Rangers

As the ladies were walking through the woods, Violet paused for a moment. She then made Lilith stop and then held up her hand, staring off into space. “You hear that?” the vibrant woman asked.

Lilith concentrated and recognized the sound. “It’s a car,” she then commented, “Are we near the city?”

“God, I hope so,” Violent motioned to her, “let’s go.”

The two friends walked a couple of more feet and then Violet stopped when she heard a pressure plate trigger. Several ropes began to quickly emerge from the dead leave and swing something up in the trees above. “WHAT?” Lilith exclaimed.

“IT’S A TRAP! RUN!” Violet told her.

Several popping sounds erupted above them. They didn’t get far when they were covered in a weird white powdery cloud. By bad happenstance, they began to inhale it. When they did, they immediately felt weak and sleepy. “Some kind . . . of . . . knockout . . .stuff . .” Violet said before collapsing on the ground.

Lilith also succumbed to the forced slumber. The brunette wasn’t sure what was going to happen next. She was at least glad she wasn’t alone. She only hoped that James was on his way to help them.
