What an experience 🥹 When we were filming, I was only 6 months post-op, I wasn’t on HRT and I was very much trying to hide what I was feeling and what I was going through. I had so much shame and guilt. It was a very difficult period for me but I met some beautiful souls (in front of and behind the camera) who really helped me heal internally and through pottery, especially the final challenge, I found peace and relief. It was an intense experience but I loved every minute of it. This was so much more than ‘doing a show,’ it truly changed my life. Big love and thanks to @laytonwilliams @vanouten_denise @the_one_from_hull @paulmerseofficial @rkherring1967 You played such a big role in my healing and I will be forever grateful to you. Big love and thanks to @keithbrymerjones and @richmillerpots for being so supportive, so kind and always giving us such grace with our makes. Big love and thanks to @princess_fingall for handling our tears, our breakdowns but also nurturing us. Big love and thanks to @yasminhamoudastudio and @daviddmcguire for your time, patience and skills. Big love and thanks to the production company for being caring, supportive and looking after me. Big love and thanks to Lizzie, Adele, Bradley, Kieran, Jay, the geezer that I used to do the GC impressions with (I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten your name, but I ain’t forgotten you🫶) and EVERYONE who I spoke to and worked with.
