Art hits their hand on their forehead and says, “UGH! Saying it out loud… I fucked up BAD!”

Art continues, both hands anxiously grabbing their face, “I flaked on my visit and LIED about something coming up.
They haven’t even done anything WRONG!
I just didn’t want them to see me like THIS!”

Art falls to their bed and buries their face in the sheets. Chris sits down nearby and asks, “Like what?”
Art responds, still buried, “Like a BUM!!”

Chris looks puzzled, and asks, “… What?”

I feel ya, Art. I'm 33, still with parents (I assist them with cleaning and things they're too physically old to do) and I work part time 🥲 I feel everyone else knows what to do with their lives and I feel stuck behind.
