I haven’t heard anyone call him a prospect since his first slam, much less after seven.

Complete nonsense. Alcaraz could have retired on his 22nd birthday as an all-time great with more slams than Safin, Hewitt, Guga, etc…all legends. He could retire today with 8 slam finals and 7 titles. He’s still only 23. That’s more titles than Becker, Edberg, Murray, and as many as McEnroe and Wilander. These are all-timers. He has the career slam. An enviable career by any standard. ‘Nuff said.

I cannot consider a Legend a kid who doesn’t know how to be consistent and most importantly disciplined in tennis. Legend is a package of different qualities. Alcaraz has the potential to be a Legend but has so many distractions in between stupid hair looks, his club of jokers he called couches, and his excuses because balls don’t bounce his way. Put all that crap aside, be serious about tennis and then show how you earn to be a LEGEND.
