Parents, how do you clean your mattresses and how often? Do you hand-wash them or use a vacuum?

Please share your tried-and-tested cleaning tips and tag the brands or products you use! I’d love to know what works best for keeping our mattresses clean, fresh and hygienic, especially with little ones around. 🥹

@kalejunkie melt in your mouth hibachi-style steak bowls with high protein yum yum sauce 🤗 this was gavyn’s request last week and he wanted to film it so you make it too—the key to TENDER beef is written for you in the instructions below! I hate tough meat and these bites will melt in your mouth. Don’t skip the sauce, you’ve been warned 😏!⁣ ⁣ Makes 4 servings⁣ 2 lbs top sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2” chunks⁣ 2 tb rice vinegar ⁣ 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce ⁣ 2 tsp ground ginger⁣ 2 tsp garlic powder⁣ 1 tsp onion powder⁣ 1/2 tsp kosher salt⁣ 1/2 tsp ground white or black pepper⁣ 4 tb butter (divided)⁣ 2 1/2 tb toasted sesame oil (divided)⁣ 3 carrots, peeled and cut into coins⁣ 2 medium zucchini, cut into sticks⁣ 6 oz sliced mushrooms of choice ⁣ 3 tb bbq sauce of choice (bachan’s is our fav!)⁣ ⁣ Yum Yum sauce:⁣ 1 cup fat free greek yogurt ⁣ 3 tb sriracha⁣ 2 tb rice wine vinegar ⁣ 1 tsp toasted sesame oil⁣ 1 tsp dijon mustard⁣ 2-3 cloves garlic ⁣ 1/2 tsp kosher salt⁣ 1/2 tsp ground white or black pepper⁣ ⁣ To serve:⁣ 2 cups cooked rice and sesame seeds⁣ ⁣ First, make the yum yum sauce. Add all the ingredients to a small blender and blend until smooth. Taste, adjust as needed, and set aside. Next, pat steak dry, cut into chunks and add to a bowl. Add the vinegar, 1/2 tb sesame oil, soy sauce, ground ginger, onion powder, S&P. Toss to coat well. Marinate at least 30 min or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor (or skip it all together). Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add 2 tb of the butter and 1 tb sesame oil. Once melted, add the veggies and sauté 10-12 minutes until the veggies have softened. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate. Add remaining butter and sesame oil to the pan. Add the beef in a single layer, working in batches. Do NOT overcrowd the pan or meat will come out tough. Toss the beef but do NOT cook longer than 3-4 minutes max! Remove pan from heat. Toss w bbq sauce and plate meal immediately so the beef doesn’t cook longer in the pan—cooked rice, veggies, beef and top with yum yum sauce and sesame seeds. Enjoy!⁣ #hibachi #hibachirecipe
Pope Leo XIV has been diagnosed with lung cancer, according to the Vatican, following a procedure that removed a portion of the American pontiff’s right lung. Doctors diagnosed the 71-year-old pope with lung adenocarcinoma, a common type of lung cancer, the Holy See press office said Tuesday. The diagnosis was suspected by preoperative tests, his doctors said. The operation to remove part of his lung lasted about 90 minutes, and there were no complications. Doctors said it was successful. The surgery took place at a hospital in Rome where pontiffs have been treated for various ailments over the decades. Read more at the link in our bio. Photo: Ciro De Luca/Reuters
