We’re excited to welcome Rae Holliday, @raeholliday , to the 10th Anniversary FORWARD Conference.

Rae is a Talent Director, cultural strategist, author, and Relationship Architect with more than 17 years of experience across talent, media, entertainment, and brand partnerships. Brooklyn-born and Atlanta-based, he currently serves as Talent Director at CultureCon and HBCU Championships, where he brings a relationship-first approach to talent programming and cultural experiences.

Throughout his career, Rae has helped shape some of the most influential spaces in culture — from co-creating Stuff Fly People Like to leading talent strategy across Urban One’s portfolio, and working across platforms, events, and brands including REVOLT, The Shade Room, CurlFest, One Music Fest, Amazon, Walmart, Xfinity, and Rémy Martin.

Through The Holliday Group, he continues to help brands and founders build stronger talent and partnership ecosystems rooted in relationship equity and long-term growth.

He is also the author of After the Handshake: The Art of Effective Networking and the creator of You Should Be On That Panel. Why Aren’t You?, both focused on helping professionals build meaningful relationships, navigate opportunity, and show up prepared for the rooms they deserve to be in.
