The CoA are idiots and destroyed the city. Allowed developers to build fancy condos in music districts so transplants from CA,NY could move there "for the culture" only to close legendary music venues due to noise, traffic and lack of parking when the events were popping

fast forward to now where almost every decent homegrown music venue has been priced out of the city by skyrocketing rents and never-ending real estate development.
