Mark Caron is hosting one of our epic studios during the Camelback Studio Tour, November 7 and 8th! He is in studio 5, and he will be showcasing his wood sculpture alongside Penelope Allen (Fused Glass), Veronique Benoit (Enamel Jewelry) and Lori Padilla (Handmade Journals and Books). Join us!

🥚👨‍🍳 FROM FARM FRESH EGGS TO HOMEMADE SCOTCH EGGS! 🐣🍳

Edward’s back in the kitchen, and today he’s turning some of our very own quail eggs into something rather delicious… MINI QUAIL SCOTCH EGGS!

Come along as Edward shows you step by step how to make them, from boiling and peeling those tiny little eggs to wrapping them in sausage meat, coating them in breadcrumbs and popping them into the oven!

One thing’s for certain, peeling quail eggs requires a fair bit of patience!

We absolutely love being able to use the eggs our own birds produce, and it’s a brilliant way for to learn where food comes from and how to turn it into something tasty!

And it didn’t stop there! While we were waiting for the Scotch eggs to cook in the oven, we decided to have another go in the kitchen and made some pickled quail eggs too!
