Well it’s nice to pause for a moment and recognize the amazing accomplishment of our people especially in the season they have done it.

Pausing to recognize the people is the move most leaders skip — they blow past the billion to chase the next one and wonder why the team burns out. Back to the daily program is the real flex: the system that produced the first billion produces the next one. Congrats to the team.
