Actor RJ Mitte was reportedly facing tension in his relationship with his fiancée, Kennedy Suarez, in the weeks before his de@th by s¥ic+de, according to TMZ.

Sources close to his family told the publication that Kennedy allegedly felt Mitte’s mother, Dyna, was interfering in their relationship and wanted him to choose between her and his mother.

However, Mitte reportedly shared a close bond with his mother and sister, Lacianne, and was unwilling to cut ties with them, leading to friction in his relationship with Kennedy.

The report stated that Mitte and Kennedy had been friends for 10 years before they began dating in 2020. They got engaged on October 10, 2025.

According to the sources, the couple were still together a week before Mitte’s de@th, although it remains unclear whether they separated in the days leading up to his de@th. The publication added that their relationship difficulties had reportedly been weighing heavily on the actor, who appeared visibly distressed in the weeks before his de@th.

Mitte, 34, was found de@d in Texas on Monday. A county official reportedly told TMZ that he d+ed by s¥icide.
