Yes my dad had passed and he was single for a long time after my mom so he had his let's say things under the bed no toys but yes and my mom's pictures naky I had to leave it there until I could wrap my head around it lol

Give password to phone and any authenticator info for MFA to loved one/bff. Do not cancel phone plan as you will need that phone!

My grandmother had dementia so forgot about her box. My mother asked me what it was. I just said junk and threw out toys from the 1940s. That vintage stuff was made to last.

I would recommend ses go through and 'sanitize' their (Possibly 100's of) college photos, photo albums, adult minded notes/letters, unflattering character info, etc. BEFORE marriage is the ultimate smart move, but in preparation of death is a good time too. No one needs that negative image ammo.

I have been that friend with a key to the house. I was also told, If my kids call you mad, it is because I put a luggage tag with your name on it on the toy bag. Me.... cool. They already think I am weird.

In Arkansas you can do a TOD which means transfer to upon death to whoever you want it to go to or everyone is going to be in probate court and those costs might leave everyone with basically nothing......
