Tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow are SO common in women who start lifting, especially during midlife. After training thousands of women, I’ve seen how often these issues can develop when we increase loads too quickly without building the tendon resilience to support the work. You don’t just need to train your muscles. You need to progressively build your tendons’ capacity to handle the demands of lifting, too.
