@kindness3 According to people that was there, the kids where playing then 1 kid didn't like that he lost, some argument/fight broke out and the loosing kid ran to his assumed dad that was extremely intoxicated. The dad went around in people faces trying to find the other kids parents, when he failed, he grabbed the kid, screamed "You think you're f*cking tough your mother f*cker" and head butted him. The recording started after that.

Wait...am I missing something? Because someone posted that the kid who got grabbed by shirt by the the man got together with 4 or 5 other boys to jump the man's son and the kids beat up the man's son and were like 6 on 1. The dad got mad and grabbed the main kid who started it by his shirt. Is this what the man was fired for? For grabbing the shirt of the boy who instigated his son being jumped?
