Luke, Madison & I roadtripped to Birmingham, AL to attend Furnace Fest at Sloss Furnaces over the weekend! Our first day was filled with rain from the hurricane, but that didn’t stop us from being outside. Day two was hot & packed and we were joined by some of Luke’s homies (it was very exciting to meet them and to see Tony & Hath again) we got a little sunburnt but it was worth it to experience 20th anniversary of Count Your Blessings.
I had so much fun playing dress up, spending time with my friends, and listening to some angry ass music!!
Spite was my favorite set of the weekend I cannot lie.

Chicken n’ Dumplings (410 cals + 48g protein/≈2 cups)🍲🥕🫛 This recipe makes 6 servings:
-2 medium carrots, chopped.
-1/2 large White Onion, chopped.
-1 cup frozen corn
-32 oz Kettle and Fire Chicken Bone Broth
-2 tbsp butter
-1 pound Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into cubes.
- 16 oz Low-Fat Good Culture Cottage Cheese
-1 cup nonfat Greek Yogurt mixed with 1 cup all-purpose flour seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic.
-4 tbsp Pioneer Peppered Gravy Mix
-season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic.
