First day in Melbourne and I simply cannot walk past a brilliantly dressed woman without stopping to find out what she is wearing. So much fantastic inspiration in one room... which are your favourites??

You're not broken, and you are not going to navigate this alone.

I have been at this for years, after my own symptoms knocked me down, but not out. I have made it my life's work to help women navigate the changes through menopause to come out stronger and more confident in our bodies through science-backed learnings and applications.

My menopause course is on sale now for 40% off and is a robust compilation of interventions, training, nutrition and case studies.

IS THIS EVEN REAL?! 🥹👑🏆

FMG WORLD BIKINI CHAMPION 45+!!

I still can’t quite believe I’m writing those words!

What a moment. What a journey. And what an incredible feeling to finally achieve something I’ve been working towards for so many years.

My heart is FULL! 🤍

Firstly, a HUGE thank you to @ari_empire and @pauline_fmgshows for putting together another incredible FMG Worlds!

To think this was only the SECOND FMG World Championship, and I’ve had the privilege of being part of both, makes this moment even more special.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again…

I absolutely LOVE and BELIEVE in the FMG federation.

The community, the professionalism, the standard of athletes and the genuine passion behind this federation are something pretty special.

If you’ve ever thought about stepping on stage, I couldn’t encourage you enough to experience FMG for yourself. 🤍

To the beautiful women I had the privilege of sharing the stage with…

WOW! What an incredible lineup of strong, beautiful women!

You all looked absolutely amazing, and it was an honour to stand alongside you.

And I really hope that together we showed other women something important…

AGE DOES NOT HAVE TO DEFINE WHAT WE ARE CAPABLE OF!

To all the incredible FMG helpers and everyone working behind the scenes, THANK YOU!

So much goes into making these events run seamlessly, and your hard work never goes unnoticed.

And to every single competitor who stepped on that stage…

CONGRATULATIONS! 👏🏼

Regardless of your placing, you earned your moment up there.

The early mornings, the sacrifices, the discipline and the commitment it takes to bring your best to that stage deserve to be celebrated.

I hope you soaked up every second and enjoyed showcasing all that hard work!

As for me…

I’m still trying to process it all. 🥹

If there’s one thing I hope someone takes away from this post, it’s this…

YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO CHASE A DREAM THAT MEANS SOMETHING TO YOU.

And sometimes, the dreams that take the longest to achieve are the ones that mean the most.

Forever grateful. Forever proud.

FMG WORLD BIKINI CHAMPION 45+! 🥹🤍🏆

These are the hills I will die on, and every one of them came from my own labs and the women I work with every week.

I was told my labs were normal. I was told to cut carbs. I was told we’d just watch it. None of that was a plan.

So I stopped waiting and figured it out myself. My fasting insulin went from 13 to 6, and seven years later my labs are still normal with no medication. I still eat sourdough, pasta, and potatoes every single day.

If you’ve been told you’re fine and you know you’re not, the last slide is for you.

Comment CLASS and I’ll send you the link to my live masterclass.
