Over the summer, I had the opportunity to pilot my Arts Wellness Program: A Low-Pressure Creative Toolkit for Staff Teams, bringing together creativity, mindfulness, reflection, and connection through a series of facilitated activities.
Following the pilot, I collected feedback from 20 participants and compiled a report exploring the program's impact, successes, and opportunities for growth.
With the pilot complete and the feedback in hand, I've officially started rolling out the program to organizations, workplaces, and community groups looking to foster creativity, connection, and well-being.
In many ways, this project feels like the culmination of all my creative efforts over the years. My experiences in visual arts, music, performance, community engagement, and facilitation have all contributed to shaping something that I feel passionate to share. Every workplace can benefit from this, even places not typically associated with creativity.
At its heart, this program is about making space for people to slow down, express themselves, connect with one another, and experience the benefits of creativity without the pressure of having to be an artist.
I'm incredibly proud of how far this project has come, and I look forward to seeing how it continues to take shape. 🌿
Here's to creativity, connection, and new beginnings!
